The daily rental rate varies between units depending on the camper with a 3-day minimum rental period. We offer discounted rates for rentals lasting one week or longer.

We charge a $25 preparation fee for every rental to cover the cost of stocking and maintaining the camper. We also charge a $50 fee to empty the holding tanks on the campers if you are not camping on a full hookup campsite.
Beds in the campers are furnished with fresh mattress protectors for every rental, but we require that you supply your own sheets, pillows, and blankets for the beds, as well as bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen is supplied with dishtowels and dish cloths.
We deliver the camper to your campsite for you. There is a $150 delivery and setup fee that covers a 30-mile radius from Twin Lake, Michigan. If delivery is farther then 30 miles there is a $4 per mile fee. We allow renters to pull campers at our discretion.
We do not allow smoking inside the campers. If you smoke, it must be done outside of the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
There is a $500 security deposit required to rent a camper. This will be refunded after the rental is inspected and found in the exact condition it was delivered in. (Nothing broken or missing)
We expect the camper to be found in a similarly clean condition to when it was delivered. If the camper is excessively dirty, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
We will not release our rentals to anyone under the age of 21.
We do not allow pets in all of our campers. However, some of our units are pet friendly. Exceptions may be made for service dogs.
The camper is equipped with an outdoor table and four folding chairs, a TV, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and storage containers. Hot pads, dish towels, dish cloths, paper towels and toilet paper are provided. The campers also have a small indoor oven and full-size refrigerator.
We charge $150 for delivery, setup, and pickup within a 30-mile radius of Twin Lake, Michigan. We charge $4 per mile outside of our standard 30-mile radius. We do allow renters to tow our units at our discretion.
Our campers come stocked with a full propane tank for every rental.
No, you do not have to empty the holding tanks if you rent a full hookup site. If you have a water and electric only site, then you must manage your water consumption to not overfill your tanks during your stay. There is a gauge that will show the tank level. If you rent an electric only site, there is a freshwater tank on the camper that we will fill before setup.
Our campers require 30 amp or 50 amp service to function.
